Q: Will this work on Elk antlers or would it be too small?

It may work. However, I think the antlers would be too heavy. The way it works is you drill a hole in the base of the antler (where it attaches to the skull) and then you install a small post in that hole which allows you to attach it to the fake skull. The inserts provided are not that large and I don’t think long and big enough to support the weight of elk antlers. Hope this helps.
