I actually liked the way my hair turned out. It's a metallic lavender and I used it to try a new color. I only shampoo my hair once a week, so manipulation afterwards isn't an issue for me. My hair is extremely curly and stays "set" for a full week before I attempt to shampoo and detangle again. As far as the product, it's very pigmented and can be a mess if you let it get everywhere. I actually mixed it with Eco styler gel and it was fine. I also used a bit of castor oil to seal/add shine and that was fine too. I blow dried it a bit before going to bed and it didn't transfer on any of my white linens. Overall, I'm not sure how much effort it'll take me to shampoo out, but I am having fun being a lavender goddess

If you are like me tired of coloring your hair but want the fun part of being able to switch it up, then this is for you. This wax goes on very easily and covers a good area without needing too much. Use a comb for best results, this product will not stain your clothes nor hair however, you cannot get your hair wet unless your wanting it washed out. I went into my pool and not much came out however just don't use a towel let your hair air dry then restyle again. Great Product for guys who want to rock the grays.....

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas, she has brown hair and is always wanting to dye it a differnt color. I thought this might be a fun alternitive, and picked a color recomended for dark hair. She has thick curly hair, after reading reviwes it seemed like this would be great for her. WRONG!!!!!! I watched videos, and read instructions before applying this to her hair, her hair was clean and free of tangles. I put it on and the hair just stuck together, I then tried to brush through it, and apply a second layer like read or watched. no can do, there is no brushing through it, it is a matted mess, like if I took a ton of hair spray and sprayed it together. I though hey maybe it is just her hair, so tonight I tried it, I have the exact oppiste hair from my daughter, where hers is short, thick and curly, mine is long, straight and thin. I put on a light coat, and then tried to comb through it and it hurt, it was hard but i got through it, i looked in the mirror andf there is no color, ok so i need a second coat. I put a second light coat on the strands i was doing, only going for streaks, this time it was IMPOSSIBLE to comb through, I am not tenderheaded, but this was not good! I eneded up pulling out my hair, it was matted, it was a gross mess. I washed it out. DO NOT BUY THIS STUFF, it does not work , like it shows.

Harder to work with than expected. Very thick and sticky. Took 4 shampoos to wash out of my 7 yr olds hair, but it served our purpose for Halloween.
