This was a.replacement for a Chi flatiron that got water damage from a flooded laundry room. BEST flat iron I've ever used. My hair is fine but very curly. This flattens it with minimum effort and feels silky soft after! I've had lots of compliments on my hair since I started using this. The grip takes some getting used to but it's a minor issue. Heats up fast. I like the temperature gauge.

I was super excited about this product, but it was unfortunately defective. The digital on/off switch kept turning off every five seconds or so. Very annoying- very frustrating. I sent it back immediately. Also, even if it had worked correctly I would have returned it in any case. The placement for the on/off switch was right where your hand would keep bumping it. Poor design and placement. I wouldn't waste your money.

I have been using TAO Flat Irons for many years. This was the first flat iron I got that had the temperature go up by 20 degrees instead of 10. This has been a little different as the temperature I used before is NOT available so I have to go hotter or colder.

My wife like it very much price is unbeatable. Very easy to use. It will not disappoint you

I've bought two of these within a year and both of them have been defective! The last one I bought was in September and it stopped working last month! The iron keeps shutting off! Waste of money!
