It was such a lovely ring, nice and shiny. However one of the CZ stones came out after 2+ weeks The derlivery service was quick and efficient . Its such a shame the stone came out after wearing the ring for only 2 and a half weeks. I always took the ring off to shower, housework etc. So I am very dissapointed.I would like the ring replayced please. what is the process it was a size N equiv usa 7

I need a replacement of the love heart ringas it was a size 6 to small I need a size 9 large !!As the other ring was perfect
