I was skeptical about it and the claims that have been made. After reading the reviews I thought " well it's worth $20 to try" A lot of people and even the instructions say to apply 20 min prior to use. I did this on several occasions and had zero results. I wasn't mad but figured oh well it is only $20 spent so no big loss. I read more on the product and since it is basically a numbing agent, I figured I would rub a little on my tongue and lip to see since that is a more sensitive area. 20 min went by nothing, 30 min went by nothing. Ok this doesn't work at all! Wrong! At about 45 min my lip and tongue started to go numb, like dentist numb! The next time my wife and I had a night, I timed it for 40-45 min after application it would kick in. Worked like a charm! I was applying too early and we were done before it was actually working. I can not reiterate enough what others have said previously, USE A LITTLE! When I mean a little, just enough to barely coat the head was plenty for me and not slather coat, just enough to rub in dry. I have made the mistake of using too much and I lost my erection. I wouldn't say this enhances sensation by any means. It somewhat burned for me if I applied too much. If you are looking to have more fun and last longer, it is well worth the $20 to experiment with. I would suggest what I did. Take a little and apply it to your lip or tongue to see how long it takes to kick in for yourself.

I am one of those that loves to read reviews before purchasing an item but never write reviews myself. However, this product really lives up to it's promises and could really change some lives - so I had to share. I ordered this for my hubby of 11 years. We have tried 'delay' sprays and other sorts before but they have simply not worked too well. Product came in the mail and the hubby was ready to try it that same night, applied 1.5 hours before and boy did it work-probably too well since I could not keep up after 1 hour. He applied so little yet I think next time he needs to apply barely any so that we don't go into Overtime all the time. He immediately felt more secure about himself which has always been an issue. We are very pleased with is product and highly recommend it. This has now become an essential part of our bedroom and I only wish we would have found it sooner as it is now an essential item we plan to never be without!

This product is effective as claimed when used as directed. Use a VERY small amount (less than the size of a match head). I apply it just underneath the head of the penis and smear a VERY thin coating on the crown. It can be applied about 20 minutes before sex with effect. For greater effect and the ability to orgasm when you want to, re-apply again an hour later, and then once more 20-30 minutes before sex. Please know that the formula is not consistent. I had one container that was much stronger than the others I have used and it did cause some irritation and burning, even when using only a little so I had to reduce the amount even more then described above. You'll know what works for you after you try it a few times but...it DOES work.

This item does not help delay ejaculation. It makes you over sensitive, whichis not what you want if you want to satisfy your partner. I would not recommendthis item to delay ejaculation.

I was skepticle at first. Then i did some reading. One application of about a grain size once every hour for 3 hours and then 15 minutes before sex. Follow the directions and be prepared for a marathon. My wife and I have had to stop and take breaks before resuming, and we exercise regularly and consider ourselves in shape. After using this product for a couple of months, have noticed it's delaying abilities even when it hasn't been applied for a couple of days. Won't be without this little wonder balm anymore.
