Assembled easy, except had to use my own screwdriver. The screwdriver that came with it wouldn't work. It had a chunk of metal on the screw head.Worked great. Was able to retrieve a grapefruit that had been on the tree, probably a year, I previously hadn't been able to reach. It still tasted great!

Love this product and would recommend it to anyone. We have a cherry tree that is way overgrown and hard to harvest. This product is so easy to use and take apart. Everyone asks to borrow it. Love how it’s versatile for other harvests. We just push the prongs closer to each other to harvest cherries. Then when it’s time for peaches we just push them farther apart. Definitely a great buy considering it saves us time and it’s safer than climbing a ladder with children around. The bag that it comes with it is perfect for storing it away in the winter. Only complaint is that it did come in a smashed box and all the pieces to put it together were falling out of the box because they weren’t bagged up.

This was initially slightly difficult to put together, mainly just lining up the pieces and screws/bolts correctly. But once I got it, it worked perfectly and is very sturdy! Helped me reach the mangoes that were too high in the tree!

Sturdy with good reach and easy to use.

Says it comes with all tools necessary. No. The wrench was too large for bolt. Had to hunt through deceased husband's tools to find a socket wrench that would fit. Also, I recommend tightening clamps slightly before tightening nut on screw to keep basket from sliding apart as you struggle with the stupid one screw and one bolt! When finally assembled it looks as though it will do the job. Price is right...better have tools.

haven't used it yet waiting for the mango to give fruit. the extension and the basket has to be tightened with a screwdriver and therefore low growing fruits
