Easy replacement of an existing Door closure
After 30 years, my existing Norton 1600 door closure failed. I was informed if I wanted some one to come and install it, the minimum charge would be $400 for the install and the cost of the product.I looked at it and knew I know how to use a torque wrench and screw drivers and proceeded to installs it myself. Easy to adjust the sweep and closure..Product works great.

Don’t like the customer service
I got this product by March, few days later got it installed,a week ago, found it wasn’t functioning well, tried to leave note and leave messages by the phone, but no body contact to me, I have to buy different brands to use…

It's okay I guess
Two annoying things. 1. It's always hard to see where to insert the allen wrench for adjusting, as there are several places where it seems maybe it goes but only one is the correct place. If they put a dab of white paint around it, maybe I wouldn't need a flashlight every time.2. It's easy to lose the allen wrench or forget where it is. Why not have a place on the closer for it to stick, so it's always there? (If someone meddled with it, you could always bring it inside.)Adjustment is touchy. But maybe they're all like that? One always dreads having to readjust the door upon every change of season.
