Really good banknote counter
We count loads of notes each week and this counter works really well, quick and acurate.I also like that I can open it up to clean inside (altho I've not had to do that yet as the plastic notes don't seem to create as much dirt as the paper ones do).So far, very pleased.

False advertising
The reason I bought this item was to count Scottish currency at work, thought maybe it needs software updateWouldn’t update with Mac devices so, asked a friend to bring his laptop.Computer wouldn’t recognised with cable came with it so spent extra money on cable. I was defeated by the machine.Then got the memory card and same issue agin.Then contacted safescan, they tried it and same result. They phoned me back and said that chip inside doesn’t have all the currencies mentioned in the description. It was never uploaded and update to resolve this issue would come out in April or so.So basically spent extra £50 on this device including however much it was. And felt like it was waste of money, effort and time.

Cracking device
I had an old 2985 that needed replacing. This new one is excellent so far. Very fast and much better screen!

Useless, only count 3-5 note from a bundle, money flies everywhere not detect Scottish notes
Not at all as advertised. Do not waste your money.
