Great Value! Needs Windows Operating System
The media could not be loaded. I LOVE This thing! When it came, the box was pretty damaged by UPS and it had (has) something rattling around inside.I tried to open the device, but once the screws were out, it still wouldn't open.So I gave up and plugged it in anyway. The demo display come on right away and everything worked perfectly!Using the instructions, I was unable to get anything to work on my Android Phone, but using the Windows interface, on my Dell Laptop, I could create anything I wanted, any color, colored borders, any font, any speed or direction. You need to either (a) log into the Web interface of the device and start a Windows program that comes on a USB drive included with the device, or (b) Simply start the program and make a design you can see on your Windows computer. Then there is a button you can click that loads the program onto a (Fresh) USB Drive. Then you put the USB Drive into the device and turn on the device. The Device responds OK, you pull out the USB Drive (Important or it just keeps saying OK) and it displays exactly as it did on your Computer DEMO. This is VERY handy if you don't want to keep a computer with your Sign when you are changing messages. My plan is to make several USBs and keep them with the sign with different messages in each one.Note: Once you load the message into the Sign, you don't need a USB or a computer anymore until you change the message. When you turn on the device it displays the last message that installed even without the USB or computer.

UPDATED REVIEW!! So glad I got it!!
The media could not be loaded. Update 3: Since getting the new revised version of the program for the usb, I was able to recreate my design. however, I am unable to send it via wifi to the LED Board getting a system error saying the control type card does not match (see photo). WHAT DOES THAT MEAN!!!!????On top of that, I tried to reset the LED Board, but that did not help!!I am once again waiting to hear back from support on this issue!!After a few emails I finally redowndloaded the app, wiped the usb clean, uploaded the app to the usb. Then turned on the LED Board and connected to the WiFi in the app. You will need to click on WiFi perimeter so the app can find the board. This was the information they did not provide which would have prevented a lot of frustrationPoor instructions but if you are technically savvy you will be able to figure it outUPDATE 2: I revise this sign 2-3 times a year so this time when I went to work on revisions, I couldnt get in to change anything. Ultimately, I contacted the seller again and they provided a 2nd fix. This time the update doesn't require a flash player to work in the app. YAY!UPDATE: Google no longer supports Adobe Flash player needed to edit the flash drive for this LED Board so when I found out the company had a alternate download for it, I contacted them and downloaded the flash player they provided. BUT!! I kept getting Chinese popups left and right!!! NO THANKS! Wish I could get my money back for this since I cant change what it says without having to deal thatAll the negative and hard to setup reviews had me nervous but it wasn't really that difficult. I had to read the instructions a couple times to make sure I knew what to do. When I lost the original texting and picture I almost gave up immediately but figured out how to add my texts. Adding a picture will take practice and tweak seeing how each one fits. Our logo was either too stretched out or too small. Practice makes perfect. I'm just glad we got it in time for our event this Saturday

iPhone-friendly Editing A +
The media could not be loaded. I like this sign more than I thought I would after reading some of the reviews. Once you understand the directions and how to make text edits, it’s actually quite easy to make them. I use/used my iPhone exclusively to set this up and run it through their app. I bought it to display Small and Big Blinds , as well as high hands during poker tournaments. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I had hoped to display the information in two rows, vice one. While this sign will allow that, P10 models severely degrade the quality of text displayed in two rows. I think you may need a P5 model to display legible rows of text on two rows. I think the difference between P10 and P5 models is the pixels/lights are 5 mm closer together on the latter. I’m okay with the P10 version, though.

Virus like software with shoddy electronics that don't last
The sign worked great for a couple of weeks but then quit working and wouldn't connect. The software is practically a virus and wont even show up in add or remove programs so you can't uninstall it. When I looked into it, they wanted me to install a different program just to uninstall the first one. DO NOT BUY THIS! Sketchy software, and sketchy electronics.

Good value for the price
Good value for the money. Item was delivered when promised. The package included the software on a USB drive and I was able to upload to my computer. Took awhile for my computer to find the WIFI for the sign, but once, I connected my computer to the sign the software recognized it. You have to play around a little bit, but after about thirty minutes I was able to use the software and the sign wifi to display the message I wanted. Have patience, it is a little tricky but you should be able to figure it out.

Really cool.
This thing is really awesome. I am not a technology kind of person but it only took me about 10 minutes to learn how to use the app (using Android phone). Quick tip you need to know when starting out, use font size 10-12 AND use the up arrow on the "font-offset" feature to center the text. After that the app is pretty much self-explanatory.

Died in <6 months
We bought 2 of these originally and one was DOA, but customer service took care of us very quickly with a new one. They have been on 24/7 since April. Last week one of them started garbling the first letters of a string and eventually just stopped working. We like the concept and need another, but think we'll try a different one. Now, what expectations to have for something like that that cost $150, IDK. That's not all that much money for what it could do. I think more having to get another one is where the irritation I do have comes from.
