All the ingredients have healthy nutritional value.As a vegetarian, I think this product tastes good. It is made with carob but tastes like chocolate. If a person is looking for a candy like taste, this breakfast bar does not taste like a candy bar.I like the fact that it gives my family an easy, healthy start to the morning without needing to cook something. The protein content allows all my family to feel satisfied until lunch time.

Probably the worst protein bar I have ever had. It was a brick, that after you bit into it turned your mouth into a barren wasteland of cinnamon powder, and dust. how did this product get past R&D taste test panels, unless perhaps R&D was a goat?

My son is very health conscious and works out regularly. He also has egg, milk and peanut allergies. These bars are perfect - high protein snack, clean ingredients without allergens. He loves them!

Good to keep in your car because they are uncoated and won't melt or dry out (because they are already pretty dry). Make sure you have a beverage on hand. EDIT: They reached out to me and offered a refund which I think is very cool. While I won't order this flavor again, I'll try another flavor. Thanks

Love this brand! It checks all the boxes for me. It's one of my favorite bars anytime of the dayTastes great! I take small bites for an energy boost on breaks during workouts/Pickleball.Nut butter, no artificial ingredients and Non-gmo with no gluten or dairy is a bonus.

Update — after this review was published, the manufacturer sent us an amazon message based on it and offered a full refund. Thank you, that was very nice.Original review — Hoped to love these. We have allergies, chewing, swallowing, and digestion problems. So good nutrition is hard to find. These seem so nutritious, and simple ingredients. The flavor of the lemon cashew is gentle lemon, but the bars are pretty hard and VERY dry. The one we managed to try wasn't gritty, no nut pieces, skins, or shells, just a hard-packed powder brick that slowly broke apart in the mouth when chewed carefully to avoid choking. We think anyone would find them too hard to chew and swallow. Anyone would need lots of liquid or fat to be able to swallow these. They are so dry, microwaving prob wont soften them since there is nothing to melt. They really need cashew butter (not powder), fat or more liquid mixed in to make them less risky. We might chat with amazon customer service to see if they will refund without return.

Moist ,chewy, tasty chocolate coconut bar ! Finally a bar for people with dietary allergies/restrictions and no funky sugar substitutes . Just 5 real ingredients. Excellent , would recommend and repurchase !
