Q: Can you use orthopedic inserts?

Im sure you can make some fit into the shoes but the shoe itself has no inserts so no taking out the bottom insert to begin with

Q: Are these go walk shoes made for running also or would they wear quicker? can't seem to find a good pair of XWide skechers to run in ?

I only run if someone is chasing me or the liquor store is about to close. They walk good though.
