This is a terrific towel warmer......chrome finished nicely and well constructed. Purchased this and installed in our Airstream travel trailer. It is the perfect size and works beautifully. We have had a British made towel warmer in our bath at home for years, love it! and having this in our home away from home is ideal.

It works great- looks fabulous on the wall too!- so easy to set up- like that you could also use it freestanding as well- definitely recommend

Currently using this as a free-standing towel heater in the bathroom. Very easy to attach the legs to do so. Can accommodate a single large bath towel at a time. The rungs themselves heat up quickly, however, the towel itself doesn't get the best heat transfer as the towel barely drapes over the lower rungs. Timer function is nice to pre-heat the towel, but there isn't a button to make it start preheating in the future. The timer is only for the heater to remain on for 2 or 4 hours. Overall, fairly solid product for the price point.

I bought this towel warmer less than one year ago and it no longer works. I was excited at first - warm dry towlels sounded nice. I had the warmer professionally installed and it worked great up until a month ago. I was able to connect it to an app and had a schedule for when I would need warm towels.Then I noticed the warmer was not triggering with the app. I tried to reconnect but to no avail. I had to turn the warmer on manually. Not ideal, but it worked until it didn't. Now I have an expensive towel rack.I contacted the company and they were fairly responsive. They told me the warranty was only good for three months so I am out of luck.Steer clear of this towel warmer unless you only need it to work for less than one year.

It quickly warms towels, a good price for 4 bar stainless steel warmers. Easy wall installation. Simple and easy timer setting.

The good part is that the towel rail comes with all the parts needed for plug in or hardwired installation. The hardwired kit comes with a facia plate to cover the wall box. It looks good but it has no bevelled edge so there is a gap between the plate and the wall due to the backing box mount. The plate cannot be installed with the radiator mounted because the rail obstructs access to the fixing screws. You need to leave sufficient power cord to enable the towel rail to be removed to fix the decorative cover plate first. You can then push the excess cable into the backing box before fixing the towel warmer in place. Manual control is simple ON or OFF with run times of 2,4 or 8 hours. Rail temperature is variable within a range of 100 to 140F. WiFi connection is simple and reliable but you need to use the 2.4GHz band. Programming is not user friendly. The unit comes with poor unreadable instructions that only cover establishing remote control. There is no instruction for setting up automatic turning on and off and the seller does not respond to requests for assistance. Eventually I figured out how to set up an automatic schedule only to find the app has a serious bug. Ther maximum rail temperature on auto control is 104F instead of the 140F that the product supports. Looks like a transposition error of the 4 and the 0 by a dyslexic programmer. As all these control apps use the same code the same fault exists in the Smart Life app and the TUYA app. I use BN-Link which uses the same code so no surprise that 104F was the maximum temperature I could set. Unfortunately 104F is a bit on the cool side for a towel warmer, so if you want to use automatic control this is not the product to buy until they fix the app. Thus only 4 stars.

We received and installed the warming towel bar and are so glad we did. The Husband seemed to have no problem with assembling and mounting the bar. We turn the bar on about 30 minutes or so before the evening showers and they warm up pretty quickly - it even seems to provide warmth in the bathroom with concrete floors - it is such a luxury to step out the shower to a nice warm towel. Figuring out the best wrap against the bars for our large bath towels but so far no matter the fold the towels are extra nice to use. We are using the 140 degree and turn the bar off every night. No more fluffing the towels through the dryer. Needless to say - we empty nesters are very happy with this purchase. Oh and it’s pretty too.

It looks nice, but I've had it for a couple months and it doesn't do the job. I have run it for several hours but still the towels aren't really warm. The bars feel warmish but not very. The rack itself is not very wide and the bars are small so the towel surface area is minimal. If I were shopping for a towel warmer rack now I would look for one that's wider, has more oblong bars to heat the towel, and just gets warmer. I bought this rack in hopes that it would get the towels warm and inviting for after a shower but it's not doing that. Installation took a couple of hours, we just plugged it into the wall, so at least I didn't waste more money getting it hardwired. Going to take it down and put the old plain towel rack back up- at least it was wide enough to spread the towel out all the way so it dries. Gave two stars because it looks nice and doesn't feel flimsy, but it doesn't do what I bought it for
