I love this product and I highly recommend it. It comes with arm bands, thigh bands, and an abdomen pad that stimulate your muscles with electrical impulses. The arm bands are very intense, so I suggest you start with Mode 3 and Speed 0, which is the lowest setting for arms. Then, you can press the plus sign to increase the speed to 1 while staying on Mode 3. It still gives you a great workout, but it is not too painful. For legs and abdomen, I use Mode 8 and Speed 1, which is more comfortable for me. I am bedbound, so this product helps me with physiotherapy and fitness. I feel the difference in my muscles after using it. I also use a water spray instead of gels, which saves money and works well. When I use the arm bands, I watch a show on Amazon Prime to distract myself from the sensation. I also rotate the thigh bands to work on different parts of my legs. Bing AI told me that EMS burns a lot of calories, so I am happy about that. I also use a far infrared sauna wrap/blanket to burn more calories. This product is the best thing for my physical activity. You should try it too, even if you think the arm bands are too strong. Just use Mode 3 and you will see how it works your whole body. This product deserves 5 stars for sure.

Worked for a while then the velcro gave out.

I’m training 3x per week and use this EMS trainer as an addition to my training. I would highly recommend this one over all the other cheap ones. The fact that you just need to spray some water on it instead of gel pads is genius! I can really feel my muscles growing with it.

The product feels strong, good quality.But there problem because after few minutes of using belly belt it leawing small burns on your skin. VERY STRONG ,feels like it doing good job but the burns hurtsThe small belts too strong, you can't use them.I wanted to return that item, but I missed the return date, Now I'm having it and dont use it.

This is the 3rd abs machine that I have bought. The first one never arrived the second didn’t work. So I decided to buy this one and spend a bit more money. I’m glad I did as this is a really good quality set. It’s got lots of different settings. I have found that no 8 is the most comprehensive to tone my waist line which has shrunk by 2 cm in a short time. I really like that the controllers clip on really easily with magnets which is much better and a lot less fiddly than press-studs. Definitely worth spending a bit more money for quality.

Unfortunately when delivered,I removed from packagingProceeded to strap on all 5Unit, (OF WHICH 2 OF THE POWER UNITS) do NOT work,Tried charging them,(STILL DO NOT WORK)so not a good start,The belts / straps work wellAs the power units are interchangeable,So experience 4 out of 10,

Akways used slender tone,Still trying this out. I’m used to contractions & how they feel, but if you’re not used to using them this is quite strong & can be uncomfortable
