If your enjoy a strong drink before bed
So I ordered these teas after experiencing a large amount of hair loss for to eczema and menopause.I have yet to wash the guava extract into my scalp. I have ordered these twice because the whole family enjoys the hot tea.I use one of these with one Lipton to cut the strong guava leaf flavor

100% Guava Leaves
When comparing, I sought pure guava leaf without other added ingredients. Everything on the box does indicate 100% guava leaves. I wanted to try it because I read it could flatten out glucose levels and improve sleep (staying asleep, not getting to sleep). This did not work for me. I didn't notice any change. I wouldn't call it delicious, but taste is good and is quite drinkable. I'll enjoy it as an herbal tea.
