wonderful alternative to time consuming process of roasting your own eggplants. Only caveat would be where eggplants are integral to a meal, such as lamb roasted over eggplant, etc.

So happy to see this on Amazon instead of having to go to a specialty store. Same quality as in store. Honestly this stuff is delicious- great quality roasted eggplant. I just add in some fresh garlic and it’s perfect.

The lids didn't pop when I opened them. The product had a greyish appearance on top and didn't smell as I expected. A very slight sulfur smell was present. I had to toss the whole thing. Unfortunately, there's no return or refund for these.

I love this dip - I mix it with Tahini and it is so delicious.I wish it is sold individual jars and not (2) - I'll have these for awhile now.

I use it in different versions of baba ganush, and many dishes.

the time i saved making roasted eggplant was precious. in case you've never roasted them it is time intensive and messy. This product was delicious and i couldn't tell the difference from homemade

This has a great smoky taste. Makes excellent baba ganoush in minutes versus smoking a bunch of eggplant, peeling and chopping.

ONE OF THE JARS WAS BROKEN, AND NOT KNOWING IT WAS BROKE, I CUT MY HAND REACHING DOWN FOR IT. COULDNT RETURN IT BECAUSE OF OF ITS CONDITION.
