Q: Would you recommend this violin for a 7year old boy who is a beginner? He's really excited and wants to learn.

I would recommend it. My son was 8 when he started, and it was one of the few left handed starter violins that was affordable. Very durable, held tune pretty well, decent sound.

Q: Is this product made in USA?

All of our instruments are made and China and ship from our warehouse in California.
