They work! Highly recommended from my burnt out son.
Absolutely brilliant!My son is in his second year at university and had a particularly busy month with his course. When he isn't at University, he is working at his very physical job. He told me he started to feel very run down and burnt out and almost poorly with it. His food wasn't the best as he was grabbing things on the go. This product worked wonders and he started to feel better by day 2 and said that he would continue taking these as they seem to really support his wellness. He also said they taste really nice as well.

Refreshing Rehydration
Tastes good and makes you feel refreshed and rehydrated.The only negative is they are a tad expensive in comparison to other effervescent tablets.However it does contain many minerals that some others do not.

Lovely Flavour

Weird residue but ok taste
Leaves a weird residue on the top when dissolved. Tastes is ok, not delicious but not disgusting. Awaiting to see health benefits longer term
