I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Peel cases on Amazon. I ordered a brand new case for my I phone 13 pro, but what I received was anything but new. The case they sent me was clearly used, with a noticeable drop mark at the top left corner and pocket lint scattered all over the inside.Naturally, I reached out to Peel to request a replacement. Instead of addressing the issue properly, they sent me a completely different case altogether, and to add insult to injury, it was flimsy and of much lower quality than the one I originally ordered.It's abundantly clear that Peel is pulling a scam by falsely advertising their products as new when they're clearly used or of inferior quality. This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Amazon's marketplace.This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, especially considering it's the first time I've encountered such deception on Amazon. I urge fellow buyers to exercise caution when dealing with Peel and to thoroughly inspect any products received from them. Don't fall victim to their deceitful tactics.Overall, I'm deeply disappointed and frustrated with Peel's unethical business practices. They deserve to be flagged and held accountable for their actions. Avoid purchasing from them unless you want to be scammed with subpar or used products.

Look and feel of this product is pretty good. It is a very cheap feeling case for how much it costs. It also really hurts the strength of magsafe charging since it doesn't have magnets in it but I didn't expect it to make the magnetic strength suffer so much. I dropped the phone with the case on once on carpeted floor and it has a bump on it slightly on the corner so not too happy about how flimsy the case is. It's thin so what else was going to happen, right? Too expensive for what it is though. Feels like this brand is trying to cater to enthusiasts so that could explain the pricing.

Love this phone case and it does protect the phone, however, if the phone drops the case breaks. I feel like I'm averaging a case a month in replacements which aren't cheap. Cheaper than a new phone but would love for it to not crack if it gently falls off a chair onto the ground.

This is the classic online shopping fear - you opt for the spendy thing, and it turns out to be trash. Ladies and gents, this here is that *exact* trash! :D- Amazon won't do a refund, they send you to PEEL- PEEL responds once, offers replacement (not a refund)- Never replies back- Never sends replacementWould report to BBB if they weren't a squirrelly fake company. :(

Slimmest and best fitting case I’ve ever had. I have to admit I was worried about damage protection from drops. Well, the second day I had it I dropped it getting out of my truck. Case took the blow and the raised lip around the camera took any damage that would’ve otherwise occurred to the lenses. Great product right off the bat.

I love this case because you can't even really tell a case is on your phone when you use it. It helps avoid scratches on the phone. My only complaint is it's not super durable, so if you happen to lightly drop it, the thin plastic case will probably crack. The good news is that the company will actually give you a free replacement but I think you might have to buy it from their website in order to get that perk. I'm not sure if they provide that if you buy it from Amazon, so FYI.

I got the peel case with a few concerns:- I have tried ultra thin cases in the past, and they are made of a cheap plastic that is so thin and flimsy you could bend them in half. These cases tear within a few months and provide 0 protection. You may as well not wear a case at all, they barely protect against scratches.- I was concerned about camera and screen protection given how thin this case is.I was initially impressed! There is a slight lip over the camera and screen that allows you to place your phone on the table and not worry about scratches. However, this case scratches very easily, and I owned it for only a couple weeks before it developed such ugly marks that it was unusable.I recommended the “clear hard” case. It felt more like a traditional case than the clear flimsy thin cases I describe above. But it is SO thin and light. Yet because it is made of hard plastic it should not tear and it will actually provide some protection. I also loved how this case doesn’t tack on fake buttons, but instead it has cut outs to access the iPhones buttons. I think if you are able to keep it in good condition, you may like it. But I can’t recommend it anymore after my experience. I do also believe it’s way too expensive for a generic clear case.
