I ordered this about 2 weeks ago and it arrived defective, the water does not spray even though i tried everything so i requested a return because on the product description it says if item arrives damaged or defective you may return it. I end up having to contact the seller and they tell me i have to pay a fee to return it , i’m sorry why should i pay for a mistake you made? I will not pay a single dollar because it isn’t my fault your item came defective to me. Do not order from this company they have horrible quality products and even more horrible customer service. I would give 0 stars if i could.

I waited to review this until we had it for a couple of months. This has been a game changer for our detailing business. We have had many happy customers since using this to remove deep stains, stains you can't even see and making their cars smell better. Haven't had any mechanical issues with it.

I use this machine a lot when doing interior details on cars and truck. Some of these interiors are destroyed and this machine makes a huge difference in getting them cleaned. The only dislike I have, is the heated solution line and fitting at the nozzle. The company provides a sleeve to put over them so you don't get burned. But the sleeve doesn't stay in place very well. It only hurts for a moment. Still, a very nice machine to have.

Garbage product. I should have listened to the reviews. Just payed over 1300$ for this. The pump doesn’t spray right out of the box. Doesn’t work with heater vaccum and pump running. I have it hooked up to a 20 amp circuit as well. Straight out the box it was a disaster. And I all I used was water. My bissel lasted a year and had zero problems can’t believe I have to go back to 160$ extractor bc this mytee 8070 sucks. Also they are making me drive to 1 1/2 hour away and back to make the claim. BEWARE BOUGHT ON JUNE 2nd. Used once and halfway though job is broken ridiculous for spending over 1300$. And ULTRA CLEAN SUPPLY WONT ANSWER MY CALLS DO NOT BUY

THE PRODUCT WORKS WELL, BUT THE CAP FOR THE CLEAN WATER HAS NO CAP???

First of all, let's get the vacuum return hose issue out of the way. DO NOT USE YOUR HOSE TO PULL AROUND YOUR 8070. Your 8070 has the capacity to hold nearly 4 gallons of water. That's 35lbs of weight (15kg) INCLUDING the weight of your 8070. You will rip your hose in half. (If you do rip your hose in half, it can be quickly and cheaply repaired with Peel & Seal and the application of some heat, a hair dryer will do. https://www.amazon.com/Mfm-Building-Product-50041-33-5/dp/B002FYID2Q/ )Do NOT leave your Mytee or its hoses in any building or storage where the temperature ever drops below freezing. You will regret it. Remember, frozen water expands.Before you purchase an 8070, you need to know that this isn't a typical consumer device that you purchase from Wal-Mart. This device houses a vacuum motor, a powerful water pump, and a 1000W boiler; so you're combining extremely high pressure with extremely high temperatures which creates an environment in your 8070 needing constant maintenance that you won't see on some $120 carpet shampooer that you bought from Target. This isn't the fault of Mytee. You will need to maintain it regularly, and you will need tools in order to do this (I suggest a philips screwdriver, a metric 19 wrench, and some channel locks to begin with.) You will need to regularly change out the hoses and the like during the life of this machine, which will cost you money if you intend to use this thing regularly. If you don't like this, stick with the cheap worthless $120 Target carpet shampooer.That said, a number of the screws holding my Mytee 8070 were finger-loose upon arrival. Not a problem, but for the price I paid for this thing, I expected better. One of the interior hoses (the hose between the pump and the boiler) developed a leak after a week of usage; I called Mytee and provided proof of purchase and they sent a free replacement.This thing delivers when it comes to extraction. The 1000W boiler is what sets this thing apart from the cheap consumer garbage. You really don't need chemical assistance when your water source is boiling hot because it sanitizes and breaks up filth better than any detergent, but adding some Odo-Ban to your solution won't hurt (especially if you're cleaning up after a smoker.)
