Had to use heat gun to get it to stick
Would not stick.....had to get my heat gun out to apply to bottom of garage door

Pretty good
Definitely not a perfect seal by any means, but I’m realizing that it’s because our garage door doesn’t sit flush with the ground. We got this after trying other types of seals to keep mice out of our garage after the forest behind us was cleared out for townhomes, pushing the mice towards us. It’s hard to say if it’s working after a week, because I can see the light through the right side where the garage sits uneven with this on, and I can stick my finger under it. The weather is also warming up, so they have less desperation to seek shelter in my garage. But I think if the garage door were even, it would work as it’s supposed to. The plus side is that we didn’t have to use the nails, and the adhesion worked great. It’s been on for a week and so far so good. If you’re trying to keep dirt and debris out, I think this is a great option, and cheaper from some other ones we bought. But for pest control, I’d say 7/10 for a normal garage and 4/10 for mine. Overall, I’d recommend it as a garage seal.
