Tentazioni Tartufata Mushrooms Truffles Olives 17.6 oz jar

I have purchased so many jars of this product I have lost count. It is wonderful on anything. Put a spoon of it in your hot soup, on rice, steaks, Mac Cheese... Spread it on your meat sandwich on top of the mayo or use it instead of mayo. My son (a chef on a submarine), gave me my first bottle a few years ago and we used it on crackers. We almost consumed the whole bottle in one sitting. Yes its expensive but you don't need to use much of it to enhance anything you'r eating. It can last a long time if you don't eat it on crackers while drinking a bottle of wine. Yes, its tastes like truffles. :)

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I used it once, put it in the fridge and a couple weeks later went to use it again only to discover mold. I contacted customer and at first was told that no I had to be mistaken that it couldn’t be mold. So I sent them another email with pictures. After waiting a week with no response I called them and left a voicemail. I received an email the next days saying that it has to be used within a few days of opening. So instead of owning up to the fact that I got a bad jar and replacing it they just made an excuse. Had they replaced my jar this would have been a 5Star review instead on a 1 Star.

BAh! It was nothing special for me!

Tried this kind of thing while visiting Florence and loved it. This is very close to the same taste that we found there. Delicious if you like this kind of thing!

We went to Rome and the Amalfi Coast and my friend asked if we could get her some truffle oil from there. I looked everywhere and no truffle oil. Only olive oil. So when we got back I did my research and came across this item and the reviews said that it is something you can find in Rome. So I bought it and sent it to her and she loved it and asked if I can get more if I go back to Italy. Sssh... I never told her that I got it off amazon!

My wife and I first purchased this in Rome, and we're very happy to find it available at home. It does have a unique taste, so a couple of friends have not taken to it as we did, but we absolutely love it. I would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys the taste of truffles.

I tried this product about a year ago when traveling around Italy and I loved it. I am happy I can find it here in the US. It’s perfect with crackers and cheese, you can create delicious and very gourmet risottos, pastas, meats. Excellent when mix with mushrooms and creams such as Alfredo sauce.

I've tried others....... There is no imitation.BUY BUY BUT. Oh wait don't.... More for me 😁
