Works great with a minor tweak
It’s true that the sticky tape doesn’t stick very well, BUT that’s OK… you can get a season’s-worth of usage out of it by simply putting a compression sleeve on top of it. Stays put all game. Very versatile usage (bicep pad, forearm protection, shin pad, etc.). It comes in a roll that you can cut to size.

Great for Volleyball Libero
Taped this on my daughter's waist and worked super good!! She was getting discouraged at diving for the ball because the bruising and pain on her waist bones were becoming and "every game" thing. This brought her game back on! She loves it! No games without this from now on and it sticks very well. She was even able to re use the strips for a whole different day. Nit reusable after a second time though. She loves this

Didn’t even make it through the pregame stretch
A more worthless product I can’t imagine. Seriously, it was falling off before my son even did anything. Walking from the bench to the sideline the left arm came off. He looked at me as the right just peeled away like a piece of spaghetti falling down the wall. This stuff is so bad. Manufacturer should be ashamed. I have t checked the Q&A section yet but the first question should be “how dare you?”Edit: apologies, I had major constipation this day and was extra crabby

Daughter has been coming home with bruising from volleyball practice and games. We looked at a lot of belts and different things to help. We finally decided to try this after a recommendation from another volleyball player and I have to say, this worked great! The price is sort of terrible for the amount you get, but when you see your daughter come home without the unnecessary deep ugly painful bruising, it's worth every penny!

Good for Volleyball Players
My team uses this on their bodies on areas they’re constantly diving (hips, elbows). They seem to really like it & say it helps with less impact.

Sticks to skin until you start to sweat so not very good for sports.
