Finally a small can!
First off, this tastes great. Secondly, i love the small can as i rarely use a whole large can and it goes bad after a few days in the fridge, so this half can is perfect. Also, not a bad price, and factoring in reduced waste, probably a good deal.

Great deal on organic, BPA-free canned coconut cream
I adore coconut cream. Because I generally try to follow the Paleo diet, coconut cream comes in handy for whipping up into whipped toppings, mousses, spreads, and even making things like creamer for my tea.However, after reading about the issue of BPA in canned goods, I went on a search to try to find which brands have BPA free cans. That search led me to Native Forest, which has a thick and rich texture that is exactly perfect for making Paleo dishes out of coconut cream. Not only are the cans BPA free, but the product is organic, which means a lot to me.Though you should be aware that these cans are the tiny, 5.4 ounce size, coconut cream goes bad quickly enough that it's actually just fine to have tiny cans. With all of the good fats and nutrition in coconut cream, you really don't need to add much in order to get great results. I often substitute coconut cream for coconut milk in Paleo recipes, such as the chocolate coconut mousse recipe on the website PaleOMG.This is my favorite coconut cream product, because it's the only one I've found that is both organic and has BPA free cans. The flavor is rich and coconutty, and is exactly what you'd expect if ordering an unsweetened coconut cream.

Fantastic organic Quality
These small cans are perfect for adding to curries and rice puddings. The taste is great, and no more partially used large cans hanging out in the fridge until you find another use.

Good quality and taste but small cans! A good lesson to read the small print, to see not only what quantity you are getting, but also what size!
