Q: does this racks fit the club 52 tiles?

I use them for Dominoes...not sure of how the club 52 tiles compare to them.

Q: Are these slotted bleacher style, one higher than the other?

No. Also, the base has a felt type covering which irritates one of my friend’s nose. Other friends don’t smell what offends my friend.

Q: Do the domino tile racks come in a box for storage? Doesn’t show or say anywhere

They do come in a nice sturdy cardboard box. ( I use my trays for the game Qwirkle too.)
