Hi.I got this item. It is a game changer. Babies like to throw their food on the floor until about 2.5 years old. So run to buy this. PS. You can’t tell a baby not to throw their food on the floor. They don’t understand. So get this so you can have an easy clean up. We went from a lot of food on the floor to just a tiny bit on the floor. We keep a floor mat out of abundance of caution,

Happy I purchased, sad I didn’t do it sooner.
Love this so much! It’s made my little messy eater a little less messy! I still double bib him and put his silicone bib on top of the supplied bib. It makes for an even easier clean up and I can scoop the food out and back in his plate that misses his mouth.We have the IKEA plastic high chair and the suction doesn’t really stick as I hoped it would.I knew suction bowls and plates wouldn’t stick to the top so I wasn’t expecting that.I do think the supplied bib should be more of a silicone or plastic STAIN proof material.We had pasta for dinner and it stained, even after I immediately hand washed it and threw it in the washer, so that’s a major bummer as it looks gross now. I wish it was the material of the IKEA bib.Other than that 5 stars on efficiency for preventing mess!

Makes Mom Life Just a Little Easier - Get It!
My 1-year-old daughter is currently engaged in baby led weaning, so mealtimes are an absolute disaster. Great learning experience for her. Backbreaking mess for me. By the end of meals, food is smeared into the seat cushions of her highchair, straps are covered in goo, peas have rolled under furniture, turkey/rice meatballs have been pulverized and thrown onto the tile below, fruit ends up smashed into the nearby area rugs, and so on. After spending have the day running kids around and the other half in my office, last thing I want to do is spend an hour or more cleaning up at dinner time. Not to mention, needing to give my daughter a bath after every meal since she is a food tornado. Just got this awesome little invention this weekend. GAME CHANGER. It has literally changed my life. Cleaning up after meals are so easy now. My daughter enjoys them more too I think since she doesn't sense the stress from me. I am also not constantly bending over to pick up whatever she has thrown on the ground. This invention is INCREDIBLE. Every mom needs this. Where were you guys three years ago with my son and why do you not have commercials for this thing on Disney channels?! LOVE! Buy it! NOW!

Nice idea but not effective
This was only half effective. It’s a barrier but my little is apparently starting his training for some type of sport early and this was an obstacle that was too easy to overcome. He would just throw stuff over the side. I ended up returning this for a spat mat that sits on the floor below him.

Terrible quality, strong scent
Honest customer review here. Terrible quality and scent! Smells like it has been laundered with perfume. Came dirty in the crevices with four holes. Suctions were attached to the item with a zip tie. Cheap quality, the price point is way too high for this product. And the item was bright lime green contrary to the advertisement of sage green. Definitely made in china with terrible quality control. what was advertised versus what I received was completely different. It was overall a terrible purchase. I would not recommend.

game changer.
We small dogs get'n fat on Lucas' food he would drop. This puts up a boundary our 10-month-old has trouble getting over. It can also come with a jacket. Highly recommend. Stokey high chair compatible. Would work with any though. We will be getting this again. I wouldn't say it lasts forever. Next kiddo we are going to purchase another bc velcro can get gross.

Nice Concept, not so good execution

Essential for BLW
My dogs are super upset at me for getting this, because my 9 month old no longer throws half of every meal on the floor. The table part is a bit of a pain to clean because it’s kinda big and awkward to fit in the sink, and the Velcro gets a little grubby. That said, I no longer have to scrub the floor, the high chair and change the baby’s clothes whenever she eats, so it’s worth it.
