I find that this product heals cuts and fire ant bites quickly and it doesn’t burn at all.. it’s an old remedy that my grandmother used and it is cheap and goes a long way. My husband cut the tip of his finger off and put this turpentine in a bowl several times a day and immersed his damaged finger in it and went to the Dr and he was amazed how well it was healing and no surgery needed.. it works great!!!

Since the pandemic, it has been impossible for me to find turpentine for use re: pain. I've looked everywhere locally. so, I decided to purchase some on line. I few years ago I had a student to throw a desk into my knee. I find that the turpentine when I use it helps me with the pain. However, I don't know what this is in these bottles. It doesn't smell like turpentine and it is not effective in stopping my pain as it once was. If any of you have used turpentine, you know that it has a lingering smell. This smell is gone in a matter of minutes and smell weird. I ordered froma another company on-line and had this experience and decided to order from here thinking that it was something wrong with the product. I've experienced the same problem with the new bottles. it smells like stale urine or something. The bottle pictured is not the bottle that I received. I do't knoe what is going on with this product but the quality is horrible. Not only that but I generally before the pandemic would purchase this item from a local grocery store that carries Humco products and it cost around $4.00 a bottle. Paying more for less of a quality is not good.

I bought this item and I cannot get it open. Everyone in my house has tried to open it and we cannot get the lid off. They have refused to take it back or make it good. So now I own this and I cannot do anything with it. I am very frustrated.
