The best.
The most functional design on the market. I do not know why people would use trays when you could have this. I have been painting for close to 30 years and this bucket will always be in my arsenal of tools.

A Guideline To Making A Tricked Out Wide Boy:
IF you want the very best rolling bucket a painter can ever have then use this bad boy.... If you want to make painting with it a breeze then here you go.....MODIFIED Wooster 8614 Wide Boy and tips for using:First off, once you receive it, you can make it a "rolling roll bucket" by simply getting four 3" locking casters with stems... There are 4 holes in the bottom of the wide boy that will accommodate these casters (which I bought at a local home improvement warehouse).... The only way to successfully affix these wheels to the wide boy so that they are not permanent is by tightly wrapping just the right amount of 1.5" masking tape on the threaded stem of each caster so that it will slide up into the hole and thus lodge inside the wide boy without falling out when you pick it up..... Next you should get a box of 42 gallon 3 mil contractor clean up trash bags...these will work as the absolute ultimate liner for this wide boy so you will NEVER get any paint on your wide boy (they fit perfectly and are way better than any cheaply made thin "liners" that some companies market specifically for the wide boy)... Using a straight edge, you will want to cut each bag that you want to use down to about a 20" length and then fit it squarely into the wide boy wrapping the top around the edges of the bucket ... .... The one other thing you will need for the bucket itself is some duct tape in order to tightly tape up that loose plastic white grab handle so that it always stays in an upright position making it much easier to grab when you need to pick up the bucket; it will no longer annoyingly spin or otherwise move on you.... Now that your bucket is set up and ready to use, you may want to pick up two 9" grid screens to make rolling off excess paint a breeze... (NOTE: when purchasing grid screens for use with a bag liner, it is very important to feel the bottoms of each screen to make sure that the ones you select have a smooth bottom and that neither of the two side rails extend past the bottom rail... Those rails are kinda sharp on the bottom and if they extend beyond the bottom rail, the slight force of you continually rolling off your paint with each dip will most likely tear a small hole in the bag and you will have a little bit of paint to wipe off when you remove the bag).....I have been using this method for several years now and can't believe I used to paint without it.... Phooey with that 9" roller when all you need is this well built bucket using the aforementioned setup, a Sherlock wide boy roller frame, an 18" Purdy Colossus roller cover and a 4" mini roller to get the tight spots that are too big to brush.... You will be the most hooked up painter around....Notes...When rolling your loaded wide boy over cords or other bumpy or unlevel areas always roll the bucket long ways or pick it up so as to avoid any possible tip over and thus a spill....You can also buy the lid (#8624) for this and keep the paint in it overnight...You can also use the empty bucket with wheels to easily transport tools and supplies....- kinda like a mini gang box (I roll it by using a 4' roller pole placed against the lid, that way there is no bending over).Once you have the wheels and a lid on the wide boy, you can stack them when not in use to save space....give it a try!EDIT- I've recently decided to cut costs and save clean up time and I quit using the grid screens all together... Now I just roll off the excess paint directly onto the 3 mil trash bag against the slanted side of the Wide Boy... Once you get your roller fully loaded with paint this works just fine without the screens but the screens do help you to get the roller fully saturated when you begin... Always remember to pre-moisten (and spin) any paint roller with water before painting as this helps the paint to be absorbed into the roller's pile much faster...(I fully soak my 18" rollers in a standard kitty litter pan filled with water and then use a super handy "paint brush spinner" to remove the excess water... NOTE: This is common sense but if using oil base paint, use the proper solvent, not water, to "activate" your roller.)

Great Bucket
We had a lot of painting to do so we gave 18" a chance. It is fast when doing large spaces. A pain when working in smaller areas, even some hallways. This bucket did not disappoint. It is very large and very stable. The only complaint would be it is hard to clean. Some people recommend using plastic drop material to line the bucket but that seemed to make a bigger mess for me.So it is great for what it is. But don't use it to paint a single room. It is easier to just use a 9" with disposable plastic liners in a normal tray. You will spend almost as much time cleaning up otherwise.

Missing white handle.
Mine never came with a white handle, otherwise great bucket.

Just as good as Purdy's but cheaper
What can I say about this product? It's a cuboid made of plastic that holds paint.Pretty straight forward. Seems well made and casters can be added. The handle is very comfortable and carries just like it should. Not much else I can say about a plastic cuboid that holds paint. Oh!.....it's green....

Best paint bucket I've got..!!
I gotta say...I'm truly impressed with this bucket. The best part is the cleanup, always a pain, but a breeze with this bucket. Not certain what type of plastic it's made of, but unlike my other large roller pans..the paint literally peels right off with a sprayer. What a good buy..!!

Useful for Every Paint Job
Whether you are using an 18" roller or a 9" roller this bucket is very helpful. Fill it once and you can finish most jobs. It is sturdy and the handle makes it easy to move. I used the liners so I didn't have to clean it. It is large enough to store a lot of painting tools when not in use, so that is an added benefit. Highly recommend.

Found a great set of wheels
I found “worldtogive” tricked out review very helpful !Additionally I found these YEEMIGO wheels on Amazon to be excellent quality, have built-in brake and also has self threading inserts that eliminate the need to jam them in with tape. The inserts can be installed with an Allen key into the plastic holes provided... The wheels then thread into these inserts.Yes, this is now the most tricked out paint bucket around. Thanks for your suggestion“ YEEMIGO 4.2 out of 5 stars 138 Reviews3 Inch Swivel Caster Wheels with Safety Dual Locking Set of 4, UNC 5/16"-18x1" Threaded Stem Mount Industrial Casters, Castors Heavy Duty Total Capacity 450Lbs for Carts Furniture Dolly Workbench”
