I can only really compare this to protein shakes I've had as well as to Soylent. For whatever reason, this is not very filling - especially compared to Soylent. If I have a Soylent drink, I do not need to eat as much for a while. If I have this, I just don't really feel as full. I'm not quite sure why that is - is there less protein content with Ensure? Or is it something else?Regardless, the taste is fine and overall I would still recommend it - if you are looking for something simple to have alongside some other food. It's nice that it is shelf stable and does not need to be refrigerated. I would even more strongly recommend this if you can get a decent coupon with your order, as you sometimes can do every now and then on here.

Love the flavor of the drink. I am a very picky person when it comes to flavors. I had 2 take a lot of medicine when I was a child so I obtained a terrible hatred of liquid medicine or drinks that are good for you but taste awful but this one was my favorite of all that I tried.

Ensure plus is taken for its protein strawberry is the flavor desired for a cancer patient. As long as I can get at this price I will buy it.
