Received an expired sim card, with an activate by date of March 2024. I ordered it in December o f 2024.

Went to my local T-mobile store to switch service providers, and they spent three (plus) hours on four separate occasions trying to even figure out how to do it. Amazing they expect $15(+)/hour, yet can't figure their own basic employment duties out. Good grief.Anyway. Received the cards, called T-mobile, and the representative over the phone got everything switched, set up, and taken care of in entirety in maybe twenty minutes. Great buy.

It a good sim, not activated per other claims. It’s good for a year and a half.

I got this T-Mobile 5G sim card for the Moto G 5G phone purchased on Amazon and it worked out great. Easy to use, install and setup your phone service. Also shipped very fast too.

I purchased this to activate a new phone number on T-Mobile's prepaid wireless plan. After inserting it into the SIM tray and going through the activation process for prepaid service on T-Mobile's website, the service was activated immediately and I have great service with no issues. Worked the same as SIM cards that we've purchased in-store and I didn't have to deal with the hassle of salespeople trying to sell me stuff I don't need or want.

Went to activate the new SIM for a prepaid Hotspot account. T-Mobile site kept telling me that it was an invalid SIM number. Got on the phone with support and apparently the SIM was flagged in their system as a potentially stolen SIM. Lucky for the free return policy so this can go back. Cheap but it is 1 penny less than the T-Mobile store sells them for. Only had it delivered this was because the hotspot was coming the same day. Ended up driving to the T-Mobile store and paying $10 for it there.

I'm sure this is a perfectly fine SIM card, looked genuine and activate by date was still valid, but my local T-Mobile refused to activate it and instead sold me one for the same price. Best check with your local outlet before purchasing here.Returned since it is not useable for my local.
