Garbage-Zero Stars.
This fiasco is only good for a week. Even the lower end dual cures are good for several weeks and even a couple of months if you refrigerate. This one will cost you so much money. I’ve been in the screen printing industry for only 15 or so years but I have never seen anything like this. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reclaim off of your screens even with a pressure washer with more than acceptable pressure and their “specially formulated” stencil remover. Screens had to be re-meshed. Save yourself the misery and anguish and aaaallll of the lost money and buy products from Kolormatrix, Ryonet, or Ulano. I was in a pinch and need something fast. But I will never make that mistake again. This $20 blunder cost me hundreds in time, materials and supplies

Might have received a bad batch
I’ve been using WR Blue since I started printing a year ago and have never had an issue, normally bought quarts but decided to get a gallon this time. Followed the same procedures based on experience with the product. Same exposure, same environment, screens, and washout method as before and every single screen is blowing out. Emulsion is dry and stored for a max of 5 days before burning. The thing that upsets me most is I bought this gallon a few months ago to have on hand, just mixed it up a little over a week ago and am now stuck with an $80 gallon of useless emulsion. Not only am I out the expense but now any new jobs and shop designs are now on hold. Ugh.

Optimistic - From a beginner
Let me start off be saying I am completely new to coating emulsion, I’ve only used pre coated sheets a handful of times. I bought this with the hopes of saving money. I bought a 300 watt halogen bulb, 18 inches away, (I live in Florida - super humid). And somehow my very first testers came out great. 6min, 8min, 8.5 min, & 9mim. It captured a lot of fine detail. I’m still learning how to properly coat evenly & wash out, but I’m optimistic with how it will work.My gallon came fresh, I followed the diazo directions, it turned green. So far no complaints. Just a newbie figure if it out.

Only One I Trust
This is great emulsion. I work with mostly water-based inks for screen printing and this emulsion lasts when done properly. After exposure I let the screen dry fully then place it in a window on a sunny day which helps the designs last longer.

You don't know what good is if you love this product
I saw the good ratings and was willing to give something else a try. Long story short - IT'S CRAP.Word of advice for anyone looking into this product - Despite the good ratings, read through some of what they had to do to get results.Pay the extra and go with Alkemi Plus XL. Hopefully Amazon will supply this in gallons and quarts if there's enough demandI've used Alkemi Plus XL for 110 mesh to 305.SO easy to wash out. The time you save washing out or even to get usable screens is well worth the extra price.Much more latitude to get the right timing.Great results with halftonesWater, solvent, and plastisol resistant
