UPDATE: I am beyond happy with this company. They read my review and offered solutions that I'm very happy with.~These were easy to use and worked great. My only complaint is that one if them is already not working. The other 3 are still going strong. I will say I've witnessed a rodent scared away by it. I'm ordering another set, because one isn't working and the tone of another sends to be weakening. Over all I like the idea and it works.

Moles have almost destroyed my beautiful Zoysia yard and I bought these to rid the area of them. They didn’t work at all! As a matter of fact, the moles burrowed tunnels right around them and all of my zoysia is just about dead now. The tunnels they dig expose the Zoysia roots to air and the grass dies within days. I’m trying other methods now, but these were a complete waste of money! I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

Bought a four pack to see if this could help me get rid of whatever was burrowing and tearing up my yard as I didn’t want kill traps. Started off with the stakes close together and it seemed to work great at first but when I began to slowly space them out, needless to say, my yard was torn up again. Putting them close a second go round doesn’t seem to be working even though they are still two inches above ground per manufacturer’s instruction. With how small my yard is, four should be more than enough and the thought of having to purchase any more is laughable. If you have a small yard and don’t move them, you might stand a chance but I can’t say I’d recommend this product to anyone.***UPDATE*** After my original review, Livin' Well reached out and sent me four new solar pest repellant stakes and I was able to observe a considerable difference. Chipmunks were becoming impossible to get rid of at my home and it felt like nothing was working let alone could save my pumkins. Fortunately, this new batch helped clear that issue up and I was able to save my lawn, pumpkins, and sanity. We use to have live running around in our backyard and the dog would chase them. After installing these we have not seen anymore mice!When we first installed them our dog was distracted by the beeping sound to where she would start digging to find it but now she has grown accustomed to it.

The jury is still out as I have not yet had time to try in my garden. This did not work for squirrels (in my car). I will be trying them out for moles, snakes and skunks around the yard, under my shed. The solar batteries seem to hold up well. They are a little on the noisy side, if you are working around them for a long period ... they vibrate slightly and also send out a periodic beep signal, which is annoying, so one would think it would be annoying to animals as well. I have similar units for mice inside the house, and they are very quiet, but run from the wall plugs. Those seem to work well; mice have been almost non-existent for about a year, which is why I thought I would try these for some larger rodents.
