UPDATE: 04/21/19 after contacting the seller, not only did they ship me the replacement part, they shipped me a brand new complete 3 Tier Server Stand, great customer service, I would buy again for sure. *****Original comment: I ordered two of these for a baby shower for sandwiches and dip. Stupid me didn't open them until the day of the shower as I was setting up the food table. One three tier was wonderful, looked great, easy to assemble, product seemed to be of good quality. The second one I opened didn't have the brackets attached to install the top tier, so suddenly I was faced with a three tier platter, now a two tier platter, and the small dip dishes had to sit on the table. I had several compliments on the three tier platter, but they had no idea it was two three tier platters. We improvised, however this was very disappointing. I'm going to run them through the dishwasher, hope all turns out well. I think I need a new stand with brackets sawdered so I can put the three dishes at the top of the THREE TIER stand. I HAVE PICS, just trying to figure out how to load them.

I purchased this for a birthday party/Thanksgiving. It came in perfect for serving shrimp cocktail. I actually placed ice on the glass and laid the shrimp on it and used the bowls for different sauces. Would be perfect for any other display as well for chips and dips etc. Easy assembly and breakdown to fit back into its box for storage as well. My entire family complimented me on how pretty of a display piece it was.

More than expected. I like it so much

I bought 2 of these trays to put on a sweets table at my daughters prom send off. They are very pretty. The bowls are thin glass so be careful when handling them. When we took them out of the box, even with the cardboard still in between they slipped onto the table (not a far distance at all) and 2 broke.

Very pretty, will be nice for my parties, I had a broken bowl the sender promptly replaced.

I love that the textured glass is of good quality. However, my item came defective. I cannot insert the top area flush into the bottom half of the item because it is twisted. The item is also smaller than expected. I am so glad that I didn't buy two as planned. I am searching the Amazon site to return this item but no luck so far. I will keep searching or just might have to call Customer service. Update! Four days later I am still WAITING for a proper return label!!!!

The product would be nice except that the welds that hold the bowls at the top are not level, and one of the holders is bent so the bowl sits very crooked. I'm kind of afraid to try to bend it straight because I'm not sure the weld will hold. I do like the frosted glass, and the trays and bowls are great! The assembly is very easy and will store in a small space.

The first one I received broke in two places. Amazon was wonderful about replacing it and the new one seems sturdier. I would never load it too heavy and hope that it goes on to appear in tact at dinner parties for years to come.
