How often do I need to change the nail? It supposed to be on feet nail too

They say every 6-8 weeks but I suggest 4 weeks. Bacteria can build up and actually damage the nail if left for too long. You need to remove them, clean all residue of glue off, trim the nail down and then you are safe to replace them. I wouldn't suggest the back feet being done if your cat tends to roam around outside as that would be his/her only defense. If it is strictly an indoor cat with no chance of being left outside and their back claws tend to be an issue for you (eg. scratching you) then by all means you can apply them there as well. As per the usual, research and consulting your veterinarian is always your best bet. I hope this has been helpful.

How do i get more of the plastic tips that go on the glue?  You provide more than enough glue but not the applicators that go onto the glue.

Does this come with someone to help you when your cat is a tasmanian devil?

My cat is a devil too. If your cat is really energetic, you might need someone's help. If nobody wants to help you, u can just wrap your cat with a blanket. Some cats get used to the nails and do nothing when you apply them. note: By the way if Amazon tells you I didn't buy this item, then it's because it's on it's way and I ordered the same nails a while ago but 100 pieces.

How To says trim nails 1st. Typed info says do not trim 1st. What is right?

Do not trim kittens claws before applying nail caps. because you will need a sufficient claw surface for the glue to adhere properly.
but for other sizes, you need to trim cat nails first.
