I absolutely love the fire and fireplace. It was easy to build and I managed to do it myself in about half an hour. The fire is stunning and gives out good heat.

Fireplace is beautiful.... Took 35 min for me to assemble... Slight mm out on one side which you'll see in video ..... Easily fixed pulling wood apart and moved over but not enough of issue for me to worry over.Bought 50" one and really happy.Just be patient...... Electric Fire will come first and due to other delivery company had to wait couple days for surround.Worth the wait, company itself was very good keeping in touch, delivery company at fault for delay.Absolutely love it

WOW what a lovely fire....the delivery was quick and the fire and surround were well packaged. My husband liked that everything was well numbered making the job of assembling the unit easier. I wanted a focal point for the room and boy did I get one ......just love it especially the warm log effect.

Very impressed with this 'fire' and surround. Surprisingly easy to put together and delivery was quick. The 20% price reduction was also a bonus. Well worth the money. Gives a lovely warm glow and the flames can be increased/decreased. The 122cm width is perfect to support our 50 inch TV. Really happy with this product.

For the price I can’t complain, easy enough to put together, other than two pieces being labelled up wrong, which was confusing until I realised they were incorrectly marked up. Other than that it was easy to set up and doesn’t need any skill to assemble. On delivery it will come as two separate packages, so don’t be alarmed when only half of it comes at first.I’d highly recommend if you’re wanting an electric fireplace but don’t want to spend an absolute fortune

Finally have the fire built.Great purchase, and a great price.Gives the room a warm feeling, and a lovely focal point.We also have more space because it doesn't stand as far out as the unit we had there.Very very happy with this, and cannot wait until it's dark to see the flame effect.Would definitely recommend buying one.And it's much cheaper than a media wall.😊👍

This is a beautiful fire place, unfortunately it took around 3 weeks to get it, the first 2 I was sent came damaged, on both occasions it was 2/3 days of letting them know and them trying to get me to fix the damage, first been offered £12 then £50 to keep the damaged surround, I do not hav the skills to do this plus i'v paid for a new perfect condition product, so no I'm not going to fix it myself, I had to ask for a replacement on both occasions and was left with the damaged ones, the 3rd came finally with the top piece perfect, but still had to use a piece from another box, I love the fireplace, but I wouldn't knowingly deal with this company again, there's clearly no quality control, these were not damaged in transit the boxes were in perfect condition and packed very well, it shouldn't hav taken 3 attempts over 3 weeks to get it right

Excellent fireplace, reall recommend it. Gives great heat and the colour changes too!
