Comfortable pack. Took it on a mission trip and it held up well. Light weight with decent pockets for organization

It's comfy. fits a lot of stuff. Very useful. Easy to travel with.Only issue i have is that i didn't get the side or front strap when received. Idk if someone stole in shipping or if it just never came but i don't have the should strap or the front strap with carabiner. Still a great bag tho. No issues otherwise :'(

It's small but serves its purpose for walking around parks and day hikes. Easily held 4 water bottles, cell phone and some small odds & ends.

The pack can be squished into almost any shape to fit size requirements for most airlines. The vertical strap with the carabiner on mine fell off within about a month of use. Nothing was attached to it, so there was no stress on it. I arrived at a destination in Europe only to find that the strap was missing. It looks as if the stud holding it on just failed because there is no tearing of the material it was attached through. I contacted Amazon about it and they put me intouch with the vendor. The vendor contacted the manufacturer for me and they sent me a replacement strap, carabiner and attachment stud, along with instructions on how to attach the new parts. This was great customer service. I am a very happy camper. I have used the pack for three train trips in the past month and this pack was able to hold everything I needed. I keep this pack ready to go for my Adventures out metal detecting when I want to go for road trips or whatever arises this is perfect I love it lots of pockets in different spaces to keep items including an internal hookup for battery for phone charging or laptop charging.

Great backpack I was skeptical but got it and travel on flight two days later and it was great for laptop and comfortable to use as backpack and then hide straps carry with handle and also with shoulder sling … room enough and versatile and sturdy thank you for a very good product and I may need to look at another one different style and size since I like how well this is built keep up great job making these even my boss complimented what a nice bag when he first saw it and I didn’t even mention I just bought this it stood out right away to him and he noticed the versatility when I had to use backpack straps - clean professional and comfortable for use even on business trip

I no longer take my suitcase with me when I travel just this back pack because it holds everything, I’m so happy when I don’t have to wait for my luggage because everything is with me

Very well made and looks nice also. Its large enough that i can use it without having to bring a check in luggage on airplanes for short trips. It is versatile, can be used as back pack or duffle bag.
