Didn't notice any benefits.

I was diagnosed with a hypo thyroid and I didn’t want to take the prescription meds so I decided to try the Sea Moss and I haven’t had an issue with it. They seem to work fine and I have been taking them for 8 months now. I take them every morning before meals just as I would the prescription med. They are medium capsules with brown powder inside and on occasion a capsule will either come apart or crack and the powder will get on the other capsules other than that there are no issues that I have with taking this supplement.Update: I went on this due to a benign nodule that came up on my thyroid. SO… I have had another ultrasound on the nodule Dec of 2022. It has not went away but has not grown either!!! No Change… I really recommend this product. I’m very happy with it!! Keeps me off the prescription meds for thyroid.
