Bought after I caught this winter cold bug & whilst I still cannot shift the last tickling cough or slight blocked nose, my husband hasn’t succumbed ..they were recommend by a friend whose GP takes them .

Too big, difficult to swallow
No idea if these or any vitamins I take achieve anything, but what I would say about these is that they are chunky and packed with caking agents that start to dissolve the moment they enter your mouth. They frequently leave a residue at the back of your throat that is quite unpleasant.

A saw a gp recomend these and we started taking them and seem to have avoided all the bugs from Christmas to now..
