Q: Do you have to turn on and turn off t valve each time?

You definitely do not have to, but because of the pressure in due time the hose can bust. I have one from another company and after over a year the hose busted, and I would try to be intentional to turn it off, but it was on more than off. So now that we have this one we are attempting to keep it off when not in use to preserve the longevity of it.

Q: how many years is the warranty of the product?

Did not pay attention to warranty. No problem with ours. I have yet to hear any of my neighbors complained about theirs breaking. The only concern - if any - is the rubber gasket. It is easy to replace and cost a few cents. As long as you turn off inflow before releasing spray nozzle, you have nothing to worry about as there will not be any pressure on the hose and nozzle while spray isn’t in use.

Q: Anyone have any luck increasing the water pressure? Apparently I have very low water pressure and the water just t trickles out. Valve is full open

If I only turn the little handle half way I can lessen the pressure…..full on with the lever I can blow myself into a different state !!

Q: Anyone figure out how to fit the nozzle into the holder? It does not fit on the one that was sent to me.

make sure it is not upside down when assembling the holder. happened to me. hope this helps.
