Especially like the 3 different light levels. Nice looking compact design. Great customer service! Two of the light settings stopped working after 9 months. Contacted customer service and they quickly sent out a replacement light strip (free of charge) which was simple to install and corrected the problem. It may not be readily apparent but if you connect the fixture to a wall switch then every time you turn on/off the switch it selects 1 of 3 intensities which is a very handy feature. I love the fan! It has so many light options and fan strength options! It did need a replacement light but I gotta say The person who handled my emails at customer service was so incredibly nice and answered each email practically immediately! They helped me with figuring out what was wrong and getting the part to me and even sent out a replacement remote and transmitter when I discovered my dog ate my remote while I was putting stuff away. Thank you so much for all your help and support!

The retracting ceiling fan is a great addition to any room. It efficiently cools the space and the retractable blades are a neat feature. Installation was a bit challenging, and the instructions could be clearer. The remote control is convenient, but occasionally there's a slight delay in response. Overall, it's an effective and stylish fan, but improvements in installation guidance and remote responsiveness would make it a perfect 5 stars.

Just like the pictures, this fan with retractable blades is fantastic for a small room. It looks nice and modern and with the retractable blades, if you only need a light, nobody would know that this one is not just a regular fixture.The remote has up to 6 speeds and the light is dimmable and you can adjust the white balance from a very bright white, to a nice soft warm white. The remote also allows you to reverse the flow so it can push the air down or up as needed.IT IS SUPER QUIET even at the highest setting! I do recommend these fans for smaller rooms!

The media could not be loaded. Love this ceiling fan! I changed it out to replace an old ceiling fan we had. Everything went the same as changing any other ceiling fan. The light shines bright throughout the room. The fan puts out air really good. It can only be controlled with the remote tho. If you turn your wall light switch off and then back on, the fan does not come back on, just the light. Not a problem for us tho, we don't mind. The product is bigger than we had thought it would be. We love this light/fan. Very pretty. Would recommend

One of the reasons I bought three of these was the app. App doesn't work at all. No documentation matching the product. Contacted two support emails I found and didn't get a response. Two out of three fans were missing the shorter drop bar. One of the three fans makes an awful racket and you can only make go away by leveling up the speed incrementally. They have no memory, which is to say they reset when you turn the power off at the switch. For example if you have the lights off and the fans on, then flip the light switch off and back on, you'll have lights on and fans off. So if you have an Alexa light switch and want to schedule the fans, you can't. Wouldn't be a problem if they had a working app, but they don't. Getting these installed was too big of a pain to bother sending them back. I'll make due for another year. They look nice and the air circulation is good, so I might as well just get what I can out of them. But if you're shopping for smart and quiet ceiling fans, look elsewhere.

The media could not be loaded. Had a friend install because I had no light on ceiling/no power. He installed center of room and Im truly impressed by no noise, fan in video is only on 2! (goes from 1-6)Three different light colors and intensities, and 6 fan speeds, plus ‘off’. Can have just light on, or just fan on, or both! Blades are plastic and work on centrifugal force. Love the compactness of this and blades do not come out too far. Love all the options on the remote! So far impressed!!!!! Just installed today!

Love the look of this fan! It wasn’t difficult to install, just need to follow the directions. We did have to add a ceiling medallion to ours because the old hole in the ceiling was larger than the mount but that’s not the fan’s fault. It has great air flow and the remote works very well. It’s nice that you can reverse the fan from the remote instead of a switch on the fan. My only complaint which isn’t huge is I wish the light dimmer lower than it does but still great to have different shades of white and the ability to dim it.
