Philips Avent Bottle Sterliser is really Awesome nd amazing. It is easy to use. It kills 99%Germs. Must buy .It is so hygienic for babies nd very useful for mothers boiling the bottles is difficult work for me but now it has become very easy. Philips Avent Bottle Sterliser is really Good. Good but wire length is small
It is good product however wire length is small.

Turns off in 2 minutes
I just received the sterilizer today and the Indicator light keeps turning off after 2 minutes. Not sure how "PHILIPS" is sending in a faulty product.It's mentioned that it takes 10 minutes to sterilize , so I expected atleast some 6-10minutes of machine functioning..Update:Product is running for 9 minutes now after 2 days.Not sure why it ran only 2-3 minutes for the first few days.Package was good and product working fine now.

Never buy Philips product online.
I had a terrible experience with Philips' customer service. They sent me a faulty product with a non-functional power switch. When I reported the issue to customer care, a technician visited, inspected the product, and claimed it was an old unit with a tampered power switch. He took the product to the service center, but two weeks later, I still have no update on its status.I’ve been calling customer care repeatedly, only to hear the same response: "We will raise your issue." It’s been a frustrating and exhausting process with no resolution in sight.This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I trusted Philips for its reputation, but this incident has shattered my confidence in their products and service. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing their products.Update: I have already written to the Philips India CEO regarding my issue with their faulty product and poor customer service, but I have received no response so far. This lack of accountability from such a reputed brand is unacceptable.Given my experience, I strongly believe that Amazon should reconsider selling Philips products on its platform. Customers place their trust in Amazon for quality products and reliable service, but incidents like these tarnish that trust.I urge Amazon to take this matter seriously and ensure that brands like Philips address customer grievances promptly to uphold the platform's reputation for customer satisfaction.

Easy to use steriliser. Plenty of space and can be used for almost anything that needs to be sterilised for a baby. Wonderful job of sterilising not takes more than 10 minutes and keeps everything nice and clean ready for use. Value for money.
