The charger worked great for a few weeks and then failed to turn on. I soke with the seller and he gave me the number for the warranty department. After speaking with them I am fully satisfied that the product is a good product and this was a fluke. Schauer and B&K Enterprises are both class acts. They gave me an address to ship the old charger to and stated that they had a 24 hour turnaround and I would be receiving a new charger, no questions asked. Very nice gentleman (Ken Brewer) at Schauer made this quick and easy. Normally I wouldn't sing such high praises for an item that went bad, but I truly believe the item is of high quality and I just got unlucky.

Very happy with this Schauer 48V charger!
Had to order a new "smart" charger for 2005 club car precedent golf cart-new vmaxx gel batteries ordered. Before installing new batteries I used this new charger on the old gc12 water batteries and much to my surprise the old batteries were revitalized enough to delay installation of the new batteries. The switch on front of the charger allows selection of either floating water or new gel type batteries. Included three pin club car adapter allowed correct connection to Precedent cart. Very nice charger.

Not a good purchase
Broke within six months and never fully charged the golf cart.

Cub Car Charger Works
This was a great replacement for our aging golf cart charger. It's looks well built and has an appealing appearance.Our old charger just stopped working and found this one on Amazon. It doesn't have a meter to show the voltage, but it does have two lights.The green light shows that the power supply has power. The yellow light shows it's charging.Once it's charged just keep it connected to maintain it just like the old charger does.Hope it lasts a while. Plugged the charger in and it works great. My batteries were down a bit so let ...
Came as ordered with correct plug and jumper wire. I had read online how to install the jumper wire to bypass the golf cart control. To install the wire took about 15 minutes which included removing and reinstalling the battery. Plugged the charger in and it works great. My batteries were down a bit so let it charge overnight. Great charger.

Great golf cart charger.
It works great and was delivered fast.It is light weight which my old one was very heavy but this one is very easy to carry.I would recommend this charger. you cant beat the price !

Awesome charger
Purchased on behalf of a friend. Bypassed the OBC on his ClubCar DS golf cart and he is now able to charge his batteries. Club Car has the WORST design EVER for charging batteries.
