These Nissin Chow Mein meals are a quick and filling meal. The most important factor is that you can control the amount sodium in them by using less than what is provided. Will buy again.

These make a great fast lunch or snack. Easy to heat up and make. Just put a little less water otherwise it comes out too soupy. Has a good flavor and texture.

These are quick and easy and can make a great edition to a homemade meal. Paired this with some stir fry chicken and veggies. Inexpensive and steps dinner up a bit, or makes an easy and quick lunch. A++

I ordered both.#1-Like the beef teriyaki, there is NO premium packet of dry ingredients.#2.-This tastes okay, but the Beef Teriyaki is much more flavorful. I added fresh scallions, chili crisp, sesame seeds and fresh garlic to perk this up.Hardly gourmet, but all in all, not bad for $1.69.

I eat about 3 of these a week, they are surprisingly good and extremely affordable and super easy to make. Do yourself a favor and get about 5 of these right now.

Whenever I need to have lunch at home and I don't want to cook, I like to heat up one of these packaged soups and add some chopped steak or chicken. Very easy to make and an economical way to have a good and tasty meal. 😋 love ❤️ it!

Love these- I bring to work and all you have to do is microwave and you have some good tasting chow mein noodles! Very easy to make and good price for the portion size. Will be buying more in the future.
