Excellent Fitness Tracker
I have had the Fitbit Charge 2 for a number of years and it was damaged. I decided to upgrade to the Charge 4 and and am very pleased with the additional functionality - notably built in GPS and the fact that the new model is now 100% waterproof.

Great product but battery life is not good
bought this product because I don't want any bulky square ones. It says that battery last for 5 days but to be honest it's already dying on it's 4th day. It is a good product though from the price one is paying.

Does what it says it can do.
Does exactly what it says it can do. Battery life is 3 days only as I use the inbuilt GPS regularly but all the features are great.

BE WARNED: Poor quality watch and worst customer service
Fitbit gives you 1 year warranty. After that you are on your own. My chinese smart watch lasted longer than Fitbit. Please do not make a mistake. So many different brands with quality watches and excellent customer service. The watch is so buggy and never functioned smoothly , my band lasted 1 year and i never wore the watch 24/7, I wore only during work out. If you considering buying this watch, please look for alternative. The customer service is soo soo poor! They are there to milk money out of you and will never care about you and your problems with their product.My absolutely honest review people. All the best!

So far, so good
After 5 years using 2 Fitbit Surge watches, I took a chance on something smaller with better battery, having had the latest Apple Watch as an option. What worried me was the general unreliability of both Fitbit watches - after a while, the power cable would fail, like the Watch!I opted for this as it had similar features and better sleep tracking. GPS accuracy appears to be better and battery life is excellent - I’m now on my 7th day of use and it’s at 11%. On an active week with GPS for running, I’d get about 2 days and a bit.I wish the information display could be selected without using my phone.It’s been about a month since I bought this and have no regrets.

Heart rate readings are wrong, it gives me higher number, almost 20+ to the correct reading.Other functions are great

Good tracker
I mainly use it to track my sleeping. I'm feeling very tired lately and I realized that I sleep less than i thought.I don't use it for anything else.
