I have been trying to find a solution to the dusty smell and actual dust in the air plus the nasty cat urine smell (non clunking litter means urine stink as the gel silica absorbs it). Besides buying a litter box cabinet and switching back to clumping litter and sprinkling a deodorizer on top the dust was still a problem (and yes even a hint or urine)… i bought two of these charged them as soon as they arrived and placed them both inside the litter box cabinet (which has an open side at all times of course for kitty to come in and out)Normally I’d come home from a days work and smell dust and pee from across the house.This completely has eliminated that! I can lay on the couch being less than 3 feet away from the litter box and not smell a thing!!I am so thankful! So thankful! I was starting to feel resentment that I could t enjoy a clean good smelling house no matter how much i scooped. The dust also wasn’t helping my asthma.100% recommended!Also, to those negative reviews about it making a steady high pitch south after a while. Simply turn it off and blow really hard into the small holes (close your eyes) this is dust making the tiny round openings more narrow as it accumulates so it acts like a little flute/ piccolo instrument creating a whistling sound. Just blow the dust out, wipe clean with hands or just a try towel (i wouldn’t use water) and turn it back on and the sound is gone!

I bought these because I had the original version and loved it but needed extras to filter while one was charging. Overall, they work. And they do last longer than the old design battery wise. But I will say as someone who has an auditory sensory disorder, after a month of these they've now started making a high pitch noise when "on/filtering". Idk if it's because of the litter or something but my old version that I've had for a year now does NOT make this sound. The pitch gives me headaches and I can't use it in my main room because I have rats and its been causing them to act up. So idk what im going to do with this version but I might reorder the old version and hope for the best.

I don't know that it really works. I keep it charged but doesn't seem to work on heavy odors. I was hoping. The light does blink on movement but smells permeate.

This is a repeat purpose because it worked as well as I had hoped. With eight cats it’s impossible to keep up with scooping litter and controlling the smell. This product doesn’t just mask the odor like air sprays, it actually neutralizes it. For such a small object it covers a decent amount of space but I found I needed one in each area I have a litter box for it to be fully effective. The only downfall is the recharging, batteries last a couple days with constant use.

I use this in my Breeze XL litter system and it is amazing! I literally never smell anything at all! As you can see from the photo I do mix Naturally Fresh Walnut Shell pellets in with the Breeze pellets on the top layer and just Breeze pellets just below that (not in the pull out tray but above the grate). I use Fresh Step crystals over the pee pad in the pull out tray. With this device there has been zero dust and dust tracking and no noticeable odors! Three cats use one box! I do scoop the solids off of the top and dirty crystals off of the pad once a day. I see a few people saying that this device could be dangerous so I did my homework. The O3 put off by this device is WAY below fda and fcc max allowed for safety. Amazingly after a few days as the company states it’s still extremely effective in controlling odors. Since I am using a plant based mixture I also love the fact that it keeps mold from growing and kills any surprise tiny mites that can sometimes show up in plant based litters. (The liquids draining feature of this litter box also helps) I had a horrible experience with this when I used a corn based litter. This is a great bonus! If you’re still concerned about safety the little machine immediately cuts off as soon as a cat gets in the box. It has proven to be absolutely reliable! I was seriously considering getting another $500 plus automatic litter box despite throwing the last three out due to constantly having to take them apart and clean them and still scoop out waste just bc some now feature litter sanitation. This little machine has literally saved me hundreds of dollars bc now I don’t need an expensive box for that feature! I am thoroughly impressed with this little device and can not recommend it enough!

I had this, and it appears to work. But I had no idea how to take it off to charge it, as it’s stuck to the surface you stick it on. I had to get rid of it after it died.

First, I am showing a little bit of dirty litterbox so you can see the light is OFF as the air in the room does not smell so the light is off. It goes on when it is working its magic!I love my cats, but like others, the smell of the litterbox can be annoying. I have had pet friendly air freshners, candles, powders, changed physical litterboxes often, keep the litter clean regularly, etc. I have been using air purifiers for the last several years and decided to try this out. With keeping the ceiling fan on medium and this ONE product, the cat room does not smell! I highly suggest this product as I not only was able to get rid of the pet friendly candles, powders, plug ins and one of the air purifiers, this has made a world of difference in my self-esteem as the smell can make you feel like you don't clean enough. There is only a level of OCD one can venture down and this can get maddening. Thank you!

This was the second one I purchased. It really works great but after several months the USB port pulls out of the unit. It looks burnt. Same thing happened with the first one. I will find another product to use.
