Toddler Bowling
We used this for toddler bowling at an alley that doesn't have their own ramps. We have a 2 and 3 y.o. and it worked perfect for them. It's a bit on the flimsy side and there are some easy things that can be done to make it more sturdy, but it went together in less than 5 mins and came apart in the same amount of time, no problem. It is a functional ramp for what we needed.

Faulty bracket/welding
Our bowling center doesn't see a lot of play for those who would use these ramps, but even so despite the robust braces on these ramps there were issues from the start. A couple of the holes were tapped incorrectly so the bolts wouldn't screw in properly - we had to re-tap the threading to secure the braces properly. The thumbscrews can be an issue if used for the public - they can be removed by any number of people so you need staff to monitor ramp use as well. These are issues we can actually resolve, what we can't is the brace literally snapping at an internal bend as shown in the picture. Trying to find warranty information as we speak - we've had this ramp for about one month and I've never had a bowling ramp break this fast.

... for the center where I work and am very pleased with how it has held up so far
I purchased this ramp for the center where I work and am very pleased with how it has held up so far. The other ramps that I have purchased in the past all have welds breaking and the bottoms of the ramp crushing. I have had none of these problems with this ramp. I did need to put loctite on the thumb screws to keep them from coming loose daily. My only other complaint is that this ramp is approx 6" shorter in height than all the other brands I have tried which is the reason for 4 stars.I will be buying more of these.Edit-Have now purchased 4 of these and have started to see the bottoms starting to crush from the weight of the balls. Also have had to remove the thumb screws and use 1/4" pop rivets in their place. The threads were almost completely worn out.

Great Assistance
This was just what my work individuals needed. They have a weekly bowling night, and we didn't have enough of these for them. Very easy to put together and only took me about 15 minutes. Every bit worth the fun they have each week!

The shape of the tubes did not allow for easy assembly or consistant ball rolls
The first problem was that the holes and screws did not line up easily and we had to fight to get the screws in each time we tried to assemble it. The second problem was the screws were constantly loosening up and had to be tightened before each roll of the ball. And the third and most pressing problem is that the way the tubes are bent at the bottom of the ramp caused the ball to jump and not be consistent in how the ball rolled. All of this made the ramp entirely frustrating for someone who was trying to better their game. After struggling for 3 weeks to assemble for a bowling league and finding that no matter what we did we could not get it to stay tight or to roll evenly I gave up and returned it a day before the ability to do so expired. This might be great for using with kids with the bumpers up but not for anyone who wants to bowl consistently and well.
