YOU SHOULD KEEP IN MIND THAT, IF THE ITEMS YOU PURCHASED FROM THIS SELLER FAIL AFTER 30 DAYS, YOU HAVE TO CONTACT TO DELL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FILE YOUR CASE TO THEM. SELLER NEVER ACCEPTS ANY RETURNS, REPAIRS AND REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS.I`ve bought this keyboard and mouse and barely used it for 8 months and now it is not working. And now i have to contact to Dell customer services to fix this which is not easy to navigate and access.And this product is simply unreliable and waste of money as it lasts on 8 months on light use.

I find the keyboard buttons quite stiff so typing anything but fluid, it's very frustrating. The mouse hard to control, so I gave up and started using an old wired mouse that is much better. Definitely not worth the money

The escape key was floating about in the box and the seal was broken :0( £100 for a broken premium product is not good enough

I was going to purchase this keyboard from Amazon then desided to see if I could get it cheaper. Found it on a different site but on checking it realized that it did not have the pound sign, checked the model numbers found that the Amazon had the same number. Checked the keys and to my surprise this keyboard is a US keyboard layout. The most obvious give away is that there is no pound sign, there are other keys which are also in different places. It is a good keyboard (manage to buy one with UK keys) the model number is Dell KB7221W. My one star is for the fact that this is not a UK keyboard it is a good keyboard.
