Did not help with my heart palpitations and you can not return item after opening itUpdate: 2/14/2023I continued taking this supplement and have to agree that my heart palpitations did improve significantly. I feel them less often and when I do feel them they are less scary and strong. I would reccomend them overall. I have changed my 2 star review to 4 stars just because they did take over a month to start working for me. I hope my review helps anyone suffering from heart palpitations.

After the shocking results of a very high blood pressure reading a few months ago,did some research and was recommended this magnesium my sleep and relaxing as never been the same. I began taking this type of magnesium instead of the mag/citrate which caused me to have diarrhea. The citrate one didn't make any difference in my labs every month. So I did some research and found the Mag Taurate. This offers support for the heart and seems to absorb into my bloodstream more effectively. My labs improved as well, and I have not suffered any side effects from this product.
