Betty Crocker Wild Blueberry Muffin and Quick Bread Mix, 16.9 oz.

These muffins far exceeded my expectations! They’re delicious and moist! One thing that was surprising, and exciting was that the blueberries (that I expected to be dried and mixed in with the rest of the mix) were actually in a small can, similar to a tuna can. You have to drain them and then mix them in with the rest of the ingredients. That difference adds to the quality and texture of the muffins. It’s not the same as fresh blueberries, obviously, but it’s way better than I expected with dried blueberries.I did add protein powder to the mix because of special dietary needs we have, and it went in perfectly. Couldn’t tell the difference between the ones with protein powder and the ones without. Anyhoo.. We all loved the finished product in my house. I, personally, enjoy cutting the muffins in half, putting butter on both halves, and putting them in the toaster oven for a few minutes to melt the butter and brown the edges a tiny bit.This was the first time I tried making this brand, and my family loved them, so I will definitely be buying this again.

I add my own fresh blueberries to it. I save the blueberries that come with it to drain and use in my pancakes. I always get 12 muffins out of the mix and it has a very good taste and light flavor. I add jumbo blueberries and it comes out really well. I add milk instead of the water and I beat the eggs first and add 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Bake at 365° for 25 minutes. They come out perfect every time.

My husband loves a muffin every morning for his breakfast. The cost of purchasing ready-made muffins at the stores or dining establishments has increased so much over the last couple of years we started testing the box mix brands. So far, the lemon poppyseed is at the top of the list by Betty Crocker. They always turn out perfect and are easy and to mix up and bake if you need them in a hurry. The jumbo work out well for him as I get one for his son and the other 5 for his weekday mornings.

This was easy to make. I did go with the blueberry bread recipe. My only complaint is I wish there were more berries in the mix.

Easy to follow instructions, you will have some yummy muffins soon! (Use of a can opener for the blueberries.) I made 12 full size muffins with this mix and ate 3 right off! So yes, they are delicious! Blueberry! Maybe one year I'll try the strawberry.

I absolutely love this mix!! It was so easy to use. The directions were simple and you only needed a few ingredients. It was the perfect size to make the right amount of muffins. My chocolate chip muffins came out so incredibly moist, soft and delicious. If you're looking for a simple recipe this is it. You're going to get better muffins than you would get from the bakery or grocery store. Especially for the price.
