I take one a day and started a keto diet, my a1c went from 7.5 to a 6.0! Made me so happy !

I won't tell anyone not to try this because everyone's metabolism is different....but for me this product gave me the runs consistently, and did not lower my blood sugar readings at all. This surprised me because several of the ingredients are highly recommended by a nutritionist and doctor I follow who helps people control blood pressure and blood sugar without pharmaceuticals. I have 3 unused bottles that I'll keep for a while in case I have a constipation issue lol. I'm moving on to another product to try to control my blood sugar.

These do seem to regulate my blood sugar pretty well. I asked my doctor if it was safe to take them and she looked and said yes.

I bought this because I'm a pretty diabetic and thought it would help, I took the first pill on a full stomach after breakfast and two hours later I started to get dizzy and heart was pounding so loudly I could hear it in my ears. I started to sweat and had to lay down. I didn't take any for a few days because I was scared. But I said maybe it was just me and not the pill and I followed the same thing, ate my breakfast and took a pill. This time was worse and all the same things happened but in between my breast bone I had a terrible pain and at one point had my fingers on the 911 because I thought I was really going to die. For over 45 minutes I could hear my heart pounding and I was dizzy and shaking againDo not take this product, your life could be over if you do. It is definitely the pill that did that to me. I will be throwing them out. I don't know how Amazon can even sell something like this.
