This product left my hair smelling and feeling great! I did not have any frizz and my hair was soft. It's a good product that is not budget killing.

It smells pretty good and it does leave my hair really soft and this is the first time I've ever used this product and I do recommend it if you have very frizzy hair like me .This is the first product for frizzy hair that has worked on my stubborn thick hair. I would buy it again.

Used to use this when I was a freshmen or maybe even junior high...doesnt matter. I thought I'd rebuy to try again and it's really nice. Makes my hair soft and helps detangle. I have naturally curly/wavy hair so it's a life saver.

Absolutely LOVE the product and have used it for a couple years now, this + satin hair wrap while you sleep = frizz free glowing hair. First time I’ve received it “damaged” but getting a replacement free of charge without returning. I probably only lost 1/5 of the bottle. LOVE this company

I like the way this leave in cream feels on my hair. It’s not super heavy and makes my hair feel soft , also helps control my frizzles.All of the other NYC hair products I’ve tried smell amazing, so I was a bit disappointed in the smell of this one. It just doesn’t have the amazing smell that the rest of the products have.

I have dark brunette hair with LOTS of red undertones. It looks bright red in the sunlight, so I dye it blue-back a few times a year. I dyed my hair in mid-August 2024 and started using Brass to Sass Shampoo and leave-in. It’s now January and still no need for a re-dye. And the roots that are growing in are more cool-toned thanks to me using this shampoo regularly. Definitely worth it.

Leaves my hair heavy, sticky, greasy which feels weird when I touch my hair. Sadly, I had to toss it.
